Want to work in a beautiful retail space with supportive, friendly colleagues and managers? Helena's is hiring an Inventory Supervisor. This position requires a high level of organization and strong attention to detail and the ability to operate in quick and timely manner.
Key Tasks:
- Enter all products into system and create P.O.s for all orders.
- Process arriving shipments quickly and accurately. Verify units received.
- Unpack and process merchandise as appropriate (e.g., steam, hang, fold or stack, tag.)
- Communicate with store managers re. arrival of new merchandise and requests for transfers or restocking.
- Manage the execution of RA's and damage/defective transfers efficiently.
- Confirm all transferred items are accurate, ticketed correctly, and in good condition.
- Ensure all merchandise in the store is tagged and inventoried.
- Educate staff on the attributes and proper use of the inventory system.
- Communicate inventory issues to management as soon as they arise.
