Hello from the Fall 2015 Shows! After the glamour of NY fashion week, buyers breeze to New York to celebrate trends and purchase fashions for this coming fall. (I know fall 2014 just happened, but in fashion, this is the way it works, y'all). We preview some of our favorite lines at the tiny, brilliant Designers and Agents show in Chelsea.
This fall marks the 10th anniversary of the creative debut of Prairie Underground. Designers Camilla and Devora celebrate this birthday with an unbelievable fall collection. These two artists design separately and then bring their drawings together to collaborate on the best pieces to create a cohesive, wearable, beautiful collection. Their fall collection reflects a decade of working together creatively. There are lots of pieces that can be worn multiple ways, and new takes on some of their favorite archived patterns. This denim dress is just one of the pieces!
Curator is a San Francisco line we picked up this spring. Their fall collection is full of soft easy separates in rich colors. Some of our favorites: a soft boucle tunic, with matching eternity scarf; an amazing sueded rayon dress...
...and this funnel neck coat! This coat was a best-seller for the line last year. They brought it back in this great charcoal & black print!
A new line we love is Conditions Apply out of the UK. This brand executes amazing detail on tops, dresses, sweaters and jackets. Our spring collection is on its way! For fall we are loving their embroidered denim shirts!
