The first thing we love about this top is the color: an army + bluish color that is flattering on just about everyone. And then there are the details...the pretty, trimmed ruffle down the front and a loop-thru scarf at the neckline. We have it paired here with a denim pencil skirt from Red Engine and a woven belt. It also looks smashing with black leggings!
