The designers for classic American dress lines Maggie London & London Times take fit very seriously. One woman who works in the New York showroom told me that when a new dress comes out, all the women in the office try it on in their size. If it works for size 0 to 14, it goes into production. If not, it gets kicked back to design. Fantastic! But even if you take the fit for granted...you are emphatically wowed by the fabric prints and dress styles. My current
